During the session our coach will explain theoretical basis for proper running technique and then demonstrate and teach you some special drills and exersises which will help you position your body properly, engage the right muscles, avoid active landing with your feet and eventually run in an efficient and injury-reducing technique.

Strength work and resistance training goes hand in hand with aerobic exercises in balanced and harmonious physical development.

Individually tailored workouts target specific areas that need to be addressed in order to achieve your goals: be it increase in running power, injury prevention or simply a beautiful aesthetic sporty body.

Our coaches work individually or in small groups and adjust training schedule according to your level, goals, available equipment and preferences. Be it gym, home or park - there is always a way to train efficiently.
